Involvement of Employees

The involvement of our employees is of high importance to us. For this reason PREBENA endeavours to motivate their employees and promote further education.

We also provide our trainees with the opportunity to attend internal training sessions outside of their daily work flow.

Training Center 2010 

For over 40 years the company PREBENA Wilfried Bornemann GmbH & Co. KG educates young skilled employees. It is an important and necessary investment for the future of the company.Young people carry new thoughts and innovative impulses to the company. For that reason a continuing education and in-firm training has a very significant role. PREBENA is always interested that the taught knowledge is not handed out.

Once again PREBENA Wilfried Bornmann was awarded with the commendation “Quality per Education” 2010 by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce Gießen-Friedberg. Already during the last years PREBENA has been awarded for special merits in the field of apprenticeship.
